needs with the most capable suppliers, together with calculating your potential savings

Here comes the good bit….. We come back to you with a total savings percentage and a full proposal of how it is achieved.

  • How much can I expect to save?

    Average typical savings range from 8 - 25%.

  • How much do you charge for your services?

    Nothing! – that’s right our services are free of charge. We earn a very small percentage from the supplier

  • What information do you need me to provide?

    The more information you give, the better understanding we can gain. Usually, one months’ worth of invoices from each supplier are ideal, but if you have more that’s even better!

  • Which suppliers do you use?

    We have a huge network of local, national and even artisan suppliers. Our knowledge and personal relationships with them all is what enables us to suggest the perfect options to suit your business.

  • How do you ensure compliance with suppliers?

    All our suppliers go through a strict auditing process, which saves our clients significant time and money. We expect our suppliers to conform to all applicable legislation and compliance.

  • How do I place orders?

    Whichever way you prefer…….. By Telephone, Online, or we can also offer you a tailored central billing solution that simplifies the invoicing process if, for example, you are ordering across multiple sites

  • How long are my prices held for?

    All dry store, frozen food and chemical prices are held for between 4 to 6 months. Monthly for all fresh food categories, such as fruit and veg, fresh butchery and fish and seafood.

  • Can I stay with my existing supplier?

    Absolutely! We will do our best to use our purchasing power to bring as bigger saving as possible.

  • Is there any joining fee or monthly membership fees?

    No! Unlike most other purchasing companies, we charge no membership or joining fees whatsoever.

  • How long does it take to set up?

    Once we have an understanding of your spending, we begin working on your savings straight away. Typically, we could have you setup and enjoying your savings in as little as two weeks!
